Miracle Box Interview

Exercising doesn’t only effect our physical health, but mainly our spirit and our mental state. I know that the difficult part is to start exercising, but once you do, then it’s hard to stop. It becomes the most beneficial addiction you should have. You compete only against yourself each time, knowing that no matter how good you are, you can always get better and better, and that’s the exciting part! It is the mind that you have to convince and go further and the body will follow. When I hear people saying they don’t have time for exercising, I think, when you want time, you make time. Have a passion for a healthy living, and for struggling and exceeding yourself, and the rest will come.
